The spirit of great food, wonderful taste, and memorable flavor is rooted in my family history with the richness and substance of Southern cooking! For me, baking and serving wonderful desserts is truly an extension of happiness. Cooking has always been my passion.
After completing my MBA and working for 20 years in corporate management, I pursued my life passion and earned my professional pastry certification at the venerated Tante Marie's in San Francisco. At Tante Marie's, I learned the multi-faceted art of French Pastry and I began combining my professional training with home grown skills which were nurtured by my mother since the age of 4. In addition, I worked for well-established patisseries and a private chef service in San Francisco. |

Through our desserts, we offer "A Flavor Celebration" of the world's most delectable ingredients from France, Africa, Italy, Venezuela, the Caribbean, and Asia, to name a few. We take pride in integrating the finest quality of products such as Guisto's flour (San Francisco), premium imports such as Callebeaut (Belgium) and El Rey chocolates (Venezuela), and Boiron fruit purees (France), among many others, to create flavorful interpretations of dessert favorites. |
