Chocolate Rum Espresso, jamaican rum and espresso extract create a mousse-cake version of Tiramisu. Our airy vanilla sponge cake is soaked in rum and espresso, and filled with a Mascarpone cheese and sweet whipped cream mousse. Italian lady fingers soaked in rum and espresso wrap the entire cake. Accented with Belgian Cocoa or dark chocolate shavings.
